We have implemented JICA technical cooperation project to enhance capacity of irrigation water management in Rwanda since March 2019 and one of its target site is Cyaruhogo irrigation scheme in Rwamagana District. Targeting the same site, a “Grant Assistance for Grass-Roots Human Security Project” funded by Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs was selected to construct irrigation facilities.

Together with district officers and farmers there, we would like to provide lateral support for the completion of the construction and its effects.
