Practical training in agriculture (paddy rice growth survey, mid-drying, mowing)

Since 2013, NTCI has been conducting an annual practical agricultural training program in which participants assist rice farmers in their farming activities.

This time, on June 10, three employees conducted a survey of paddy rice growth, drying the rice in the middle of the field, and mowing the grass.

The following positive comments were received from the participating employees.

– I learned a lot about the growth stages of paddy rice, purpose of mid-drying, and how to use multiple mowers.

– Water management using PVC elbow pipes is easy and convenient, and I would like to use it in my business.

– The actual site was a little different from what I had heard from my university professor about land improvement districts , but hearing the stories on site reminded me of the importance of confirming and checking things out.

– I would like to spend more time learning in class and practical training, both.

Through conducting training programs like this, we aim to create an environment in which employees can grow as real engineers with experience as well as knowledge.
