The highest level of ERUBOSHI Certification was awarded to NTCI by the Tokyo Labor Bureau on February 12 of 2019 for its efforts to promote women’s role and providing equal career advancement opportunities within the company. This certification is based on the criteria stipulated by the Act of the Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement at the Workplace.the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace.
